White Goods Engineer

Overview

The company is a well establish, very well thought of company that does domestic white goods service, maintenance, and repairs.  They are award winning, having top level service agreements with very well known makers of domestic white goods, and a very strong review score from their customers.  They believe that providing a good service should be the top of the agenda when visiting a customer, they is the reason they are so highly rated on numerous review sites.  They have expanded consistently over the past 8 years and already have the next 8 years planned out for more expansion.

 

Due to expansion they are recruiting for a domestic appliance / white goods engineer, you will be:-

 

• Covering the BN postcode area on the south coast
• Providing service, maintenance, and repair on domestic household appliances / white goods
• In people’s homes working on washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges and freezers etc.
• Working on a lot of Samsung equipment as there are a service partner

 

 

Skills needed to be a white goods engineer:-

 

• A background in white goods / domestic appliances would be needed
• Having and domestic refrigeration or domestic gas experience would be very beneficial but is not essential
• Having any experience on Samsung products would be a major advantage
• Ideally living in the BN postcode area or very close to it

 

 

Salary and Benefits of a white goods engineer

 

• 27-31k basic depending on white goods / domestic appliances experience
• 2-3k yearly bonus based on personal and company performance
• Various monthly bonuses for 1^st time fixes and customer reviews
• £10 per good customer review
• Van, phone, fuel card, benefits
• Optional call out rota for Saturdays
• Additional manufacturers courses and further training
