COMCAT Engineer

Overview

As a COMCAT qualified commercial catering equipment service engineer you will be:-

 

• Covering Weston Super Mare down to Taunton, Bridgewater, and Exeter
• Providing service and maintenance on commercial catering equipment (COMCAT and electrical)
• Working on combi ovens, grills, burners, fryers, dishwashers and other gas and electrical catering equipment
• Working with a wide range of clients across hospitality with most of them being independent entities

 

Salary and Benefits of a COMCAT engineer:-

 

• 37-40k basic salary
• Travel pay
• Van, phone, fuel card, uniform
• 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays – with additional paid days the longer you are their
• Company benefits, call out rota, overtime

 

 

Skills Needed to be a COMCAT engineer:-

 

• Experience doing service and maintenance on commercial catering equipment
• COMCAT’s 1 and 3 as a minimum with COMCAT 5 and LPG being beneficial
• Have good electrical experience
• Living around the Taunton, Bridgewater, weston super mare or on the M5 would be ideal but they would consider someone anywhere on patch
• Be able to pass or have a current CRB check
