Overview

My client is a very well established (over 30 years trading) BMS contractor, they cover all over the London and South East area and can boast some very well known clients as customers.  They are Kent based which gives them, great links into London.  Their staff turnover is very low as people get looked after while working here.

 

Due to retirement they are looking for a BMS Service Manager,  you will be:-

 

  • Based from their office in South Kent
  • Running the BMS Service team and providing assistance when needed
  • Helping to grow the service side by following up on hot incoming leads for BMS service contracts and installation
  • Working with a wide range of blue chip clients including large retail groups, supermarkets and corporate offices

 

 

Skills / Background Needed to be a BMS Service Manager

 

  • Experience working as a BMS service manager would be ideal
  • They would also look at a senior BMS TREND engineer who is looking to make the jump up the ladder
  • Living in or around the south Kent area
  • Having any experience working with TREND would be beneficial but not essential

 

 

Salary and Benefits as a BMS Service Manager:-

 

  • 50-55k basic
  • Company car
  • Phone, lap top, fuel card
  • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
  • Company profit based bonuses – £6-7k annual company profit bonus
